Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To start one, reach out to us through our Contact page with your order number.
Condition
Rings must be unworn, unresized, and returned in their original packaging along with the GIA certificate. Rings that have been resized, engraved, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
